1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions:

• Company / Service Provider: Refers to Padikkal Travels, its owners, employees, and authorized representatives.
• Client / User / Customer: Refers to individuals, corporates, schools, or organizations availing of our services.
• Services: Refers to bus and vehicle rental, corporate staff transport, school transport, and other travel-related services offered.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to enter into a contract with Padikkal Travels.
• Corporates, schools, and organizations must appoint an authorized representative to liaise with us.
• By using our services, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and up-to-date.

3. Services Offered

Padikkal Travels provides the following services:

• Corporate Transport: Employee pick-up/drop, shuttle buses, and tailored transport services.
• School Transport: Safe and reliable buses for students, including compliance with safety standards.
• General Transport: Available for events, private groups, and other requirements.
• Service Availability: Subject to vehicle availability, traffic, regulations, and unforeseen events.

4. Booking & Payments

• Bookings can be made online, via phone, or through our representatives.
• Advance deposits may be required to secure bookings.
• Payments must be made as per agreed schedules (daily, monthly, or annually).
• Accepted modes: UPI, bank transfers, cheque, or digital payments.
• Late payments may result in penalties or suspension of services.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Corporate/School contracts: Minimum 30 days’ prior notice is required.
• One-time/short bookings: 48 hours’ prior notice required.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting administrative fees.
• Advance payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Padikkal Travels may cancel/reschedule due to unavoidable circumstances; alternate arrangements/refunds will be provided.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate passenger details, schedules, and pickup/drop-off points.
• Ensure passengers follow safety instructions inside vehicles.
• Do not carry illegal, hazardous, or restricted items.
• Maintain discipline, particularly in school transport cases.
• Compensate for any damages caused to vehicles by passengers.

7. Company Responsibilities

• Provide safe, clean, and well-maintained vehicles.
• Employ trained, verified, and licensed drivers.
• Ensure punctuality as per agreed schedules, barring unforeseen delays.
• Comply with government safety and transport regulations.
• Maintain necessary insurance coverage for vehicles.

8. Safety & Conduct

• Seat belts must be worn (where applicable).
• Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
• Padikkal Travels reserves the right to refuse service to unruly or unsafe passengers.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for student behavior in school transport.

9. Liability & Disclaimer

• Padikkal Travels is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or force majeure events.
• The company is not responsible for lost belongings inside vehicles.
• Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

10. Insurance

All vehicles are insured as per applicable Indian laws. Clients may obtain additional personal or group insurance at their discretion.

11. Confidentiality & Privacy

• Client and passenger data will be treated as confidential.
• Information will not be shared with third parties unless legally required.
• Use of our services implies acceptance of our Privacy Policy.

12. Termination of Services

Padikkal Travels reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of non-payment, breach of safety, or misuse of services.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be under the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

14. Amendments

Padikkal Travels reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on our website, and continued use of services indicates acceptance.
